To use and park the application, you do not need to be a customer of an Estonian mobile operator;
Allows a foreigner to use mobile parking when visiting Estonia.
How to pay for parking via the mobile application?
1) Download and install mobile app Parkner on your phone. Works on both iOS and Android platforms.
2) When opening an application, it will ask permission to user’s location access (to display suitable parking zones) is requested.
3) Choose a parking lot, enter your vehicle’s registration number and payment bank card details;
4) When entering card payment data, the user is asked to perform secure authentication. Secure authentication is required only when entering card data for the first time. It is no longer required for subsequent parking transactions.
5) The application is then ready to use the parking service. The application can be used in three different languages (Estonian, Russian, English). The default language is the language selection of your device or the set usage region.

NB! The principles relating to proccecing of personal data only apply to private law relationships. If you enter self-service regarding parking in a public paid parking area in Tallinn, the data will be processed in accordance with Tallinna parkimiskorralduse andmekogu põhimäärus and AS Ühisteenused will not process your data.
